These terms govern your use of the services and digital products offered by VERRENZA ("we", "us"). By placing an order with us or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
VERRENZA provides two offerings:
For sourcing orders, we first provide a written quote showing the goods cost, China-side delivery, our service fee and the freight estimate, each on its own line. We purchase goods from suppliers only after your payment has been received and confirmed. We do not advance funds for orders. If a supplier's price or availability changes after you pay, we will inform you before proceeding and, where you do not agree, refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Our standard inspection covers quantity and appearance only: counting items, visual checks against the ordered product, photos and videos, and weighing. It does not include laboratory testing, certification, internal or functional testing of electronics beyond basic power-on checks where feasible, or verification of a supplier's own quality claims. You confirm the inspection media we send before we dispatch shipment; dispatch after your confirmation means the goods were accepted as inspected.
Freight is carried by third-party logistics providers. Delivery times we communicate are estimates based on the carrier's current schedule and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, port congestion or events outside our control do not constitute a breach of these terms, but we will keep you informed and assist with follow-up.
We do not source counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, or items restricted or prohibited under Nigerian or Chinese law. We may decline any order at our discretion where an item or supplier appears unlawful or unreliable, and we will tell you why.
Digital products are delivered electronically (by email and/or download link) after payment is confirmed. Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or claim the files as your own product. Figures pre-filled in our tools (such as freight and exchange-rate defaults) are sample benchmarks for illustration; you are responsible for confirming current rates before making buying decisions. Digital products do not include consulting, supplier verification, or order handling unless expressly stated in writing.
Our sourcing service fee (typically 5%–10% of the goods value) is fixed in your written quote before you pay. Freight is charged at the quoted rate for the method you choose. Prices for digital products are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a sourcing order is limited to the service fee you paid us for that order plus any amounts you paid us that we have not yet spent on your behalf; for digital products, it is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for losses caused by a supplier's hidden defects beyond the inspection scope in section 3, customs seizure of prohibited items, carrier delays, or exchange-rate movements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between us.
